Director, International Financial Reporting

📋 Description

• Lead global statutory reporting and IFRS for Elastic.
• Oversee Dutch IFRS and local statutory reporting for international entities.
• Ensure annual financial statements meet IFRS standards.
• Coordinate external auditors and timely delivery of statements.
• Maintain internal and external reporting calendars and timelines.
• Advise on new accounting standards and disclosures.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA (or equivalent) credentials.
• 8+ years in external audit, accounting, or financial reporting.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and experience.
• Proficient in Excel; Netsuite experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
