📋 Description

• Lead company-wide internal communications strategy and execution.
• Shape Okta's narrative for leadership and employees.
• Build a consistent cadence for channel and content delivery.
• Own internal channels (Slack, intranet, email) and targeting.
• Lead Company All Hands and executive forums—from narrative to delivery.
• Drive multi-channel engagement and employee understanding.
• Partner with Corporate Communications on crisis and high-stakes moments.
• Align internal and external messaging to keep employees informed.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in internal, corporate, and/or executive communications; Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience interacting with C-suite leaders.
• Experience leading communications through large-scale transformation in global orgs.
• Exceptional storytelling and writing; simplify complex ideas.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence at top levels.
• Operational rigor across channels, content, and large-scale events.
• Modern approach to engagement, channels, and employee experience; tech/SaaS preferred.
