• Proven experience leading and scaling high-performing teams.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and narrative skills; adept with AI tools.
• Strong executive presence; partner with senior leaders.
• Navigate organizational change with clarity, empathy, and credibility.
• Strategic mindset; connect comms to company priorities.
