  • Led multiple end-to-end M&A integrations with $100M+ deal values.
  • Cross-functional programs with 20+ workstreams.
  • Proven synergy targets achievement; cross-border integration experience.
  • Regulatory/compliance knowledge in M&A; experience with integration tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
