📋 Description

  • Develop and execute a global social strategy aligned with NiCE's AI-first CX narrative.
  • Manage the global social editorial calendar across LinkedIn, X, YouTube.
  • Promote research, reports, product launches, and thought leadership across social channels.
  • Partner with marketing teams to support product launches, analyst recognition, and NiCE World events.
  • Drive executive and employee advocacy on social platforms with leadership and experts.
  • Monitor social performance and optimize campaigns using social intelligence tools.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in social media management, ideally in B2B tech or SaaS.
  • Proven track record growing engagement, reach, and audience for enterprise tech brands.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a B2B channel and major social platforms.
  • Experience with social media management/analytics platforms (Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Strong editorial and storytelling skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing performance metrics.
  • Experience working with global marketing teams.
