📋 Description

  • Develop and execute global social media strategy aligned with NiCE’s AI-first positioning.
  • Manage the global social editorial calendar across LinkedIn, X, YouTube.
  • Promote research, product launches, and thought leadership on social channels.
  • Partner with marketing teams to support launches, analyst recognition, NiCE World events.
  • Drive executive and employee advocacy to amplify thought leadership.
  • Build relationships with CX influencers and industry communities.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in social media management, ideally in B2B tech or SaaS.
  • Proven track record growing engagement and reach for enterprise tech brands.
  • Strong LinkedIn B2B mastery; experience with major platforms.
  • Experience with Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Hootsuite, or similar tools.
  • Strong editorial and storytelling skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with performance analytics experience.
