• Lead ACA individual and small group QHP product lifecycle.
• Oversee regulatory filing delivery, QA, and governance.
• Coordinate with Product, Tech, SIO, Actuarial, Ops, and Vendors.
• Drive structure and scalability for multi-market filings and implementation.
• Report to VP, Insurance Product Innovation and Development.
• Remote role; reside in listed states.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in insurance product execution and regulatory filings.
• 5+ years people management.
• 5+ years ACA and state regulatory filings experience.
• 4+ years leading QA and production workflows.
• 3+ years partnering with senior leaders on planning and execution.
• 3+ years project management and vendor coordination.
