🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in institutional sales or business development.
  • 5+ years in digital asset/Web3 sales for exchanges/custodians/prime brokers.
  • Active network across hedge funds, asset managers, banks, OTC desks.
  • Proven track record of revenue and volume growth with institutional clients.
  • Deep familiarity with OTC flows, API trading, and custodial architecture.
  • Excellent command of professional English, to present concepts to C-suite.
