  • Lead Crypto's institutional growth in the U.S.; identify opportunities across a broad client landscape.
  • Collaborate with product teams to tailor first-to-market credit, custody, and bespoke trading solutions.
  • Proactively identify and onboard institutional prospects (hedge funds, asset managers, family offices).
  • Understand client requirements to position the Crypto stack (Exchange, OTC, Custody, CaaS).
  • Identify market gaps and help launch new institutional offerings (e.g., lending, prime brokerage).
  • Represent Crypto at major conferences to elevate our brand and deepen our footprint.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in Institutional Sales or BD within high-growth finance.
  • 5+ years in digital assets/Web3 outbound sales for Exchange, Custodian, or Prime Broker.
  • Active network across hedge funds, prop trading, banks, asset managers, and OTC desks.
  • Proven track record monetizing institutional relationships with revenue and volume growth.
  • Familiar with OTC flows, API trading, and custodial architecture.
  • Strong English; able to present to C-suite.
