🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in Institutional Sales or Business Development in high-growth finance.
  • 5+ years crypto/Web3 outbound sales for Exchange, Custodian, or Prime Broker.
  • Strong network across hedge funds, prop traders, banks, asset managers.
  • Proven ability to initiate, manage, monetize institutional relationships.
  • Deep knowledge of OTC flows, API trading, custodial architecture.
  • Excellent English, able to present to C-suite executives.
