🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in Institutional Sales or BD in high-growth finance.
  • 5+ years in digital asset outbound sales for an Exchange, Custodian, or Prime Broker.
  • Active network across hedge funds, prop trading firms, banks, asset managers, and OTC desks.
  • Proven track record in initiating and monetizing institutional relationships with revenue growth.
  • Knowledge of institutional-grade products including OTC flows, API trading, and custodial architecture.
  • Strong English communication; present to C-level executives.
