📋 Description

• Set and drive the Infrastructure Security strategy across cloud, identity, and AI systems
• Define goals and metrics to track progress and inform decisions
• Improve and scale cloud security, access management, and container security
• Build and mentor a strong security engineering team
• Partner with engineering to bake security into system design
• Define security for AI and automated systems and manage risk

🎯 Requirements

• Security leadership: 10+ years in security engineering with 5+ years leading teams
• Cloud security: AWS, Kubernetes, infrastructure controls
• Privileged access programs for people and systems
• Network security: segmentation, WAF, zero-trust at scale
• AI security awareness and adaptation
• Strong technical judgment to review work and raise quality
• People leadership and collaboration; grow engineers
