📋 Description

  • Lead IT PMO governance, delivery, and continuous improvement.
  • Align IT roadmaps with enterprise strategy and priorities.
  • Oversee IT product development, BA, UX, and QA lifecycles.
  • Define and monitor PMO metrics, costs, schedules, and performance.
  • Build and lead a high-performing IT PMO team.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Business/Finance; Master’s preferred.
  • 10+ years IT project/portfolio mgmt; 5+ years enterprise PMO leadership.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or Agile/Scrum Master certifications strongly preferred.
  • Experience with digital software development, UI lifecycles, and QA.
  • Strong communication with executives and vendor partners.
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving to address root causes.
  • Ability to train new PMs entering cybersecurity space.
  • Travel readiness up to 10%.
