  • Drive growth of individual giving revenue: acquisition, recurring, retention, LTV.
  • Build and scale bequests/legacy program; hire a Bequests Lead.

  • Lead cross-functional partnerships with Engineering, Product, Data, Marketing, and Ops.
  • Manage Growth Managers; oversee partners; plan geographic expansion.
  • Remote role with US-based preference; travel ~3โ€“4 trips/year.

  • 8+ years in digital fundraising, growth, ecommerce, or product-led revenue.
  • Strong analytical skills; testing, funnel optimization, cohort analysis.
  • Ability to build growth models (acquisition, conversion, retention, LTV).
  • Craft compelling content in GiveDirectly voice for email, web, social, ads.
  • Experience hiring and developing teams in lean environments.
  • Comfort partnering cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Data, Marketing, Ops.
