📋 Description

  • Co-create and champion Pinterest’s enterprise I&B strategy with leadership
  • Design and drive initiatives that advance inclusion and belonging

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 10+ years experience
  • Experience leveraging AI to drive program impact
  • Experience leading enterprise-scale inclusion, belonging, and equity programs
  • Ability to influence senior execs and the Board on I&B priorities
  • Strong analytics and data insights to measure outcomes
  • Experience developing cross-functional and international partnerships
