🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in pre-/post-sale SaaS roles across the customer lifecycle.
- 5+ years managing customer and internal projects (SaaS and/or security).
- 5+ years building and leading teams in post-sale implementations.
- Proven track record in successful implementations and cross-functional enablement.
- Deep experience creating a cohesive customer journey framework.
- Familiarity with onboarding and implementation tooling (PM, comms, tracking).
- Bonus: experience with 1Password or another password manager.
