  • Experience implementing for Health Plans, Health Systems, Employers, or SLED at 20k+ lives.
  • Manage 20+ concurrent implementations across lines of business.
  • Deep understanding of HL7, FHIR, and EDI data exchanges.
  • Hands-on eligibility file management: roster ingestion and gating.
  • Salesforce CRM for implementation tracking and reporting.
  • Automation and AI in workflows; dashboards (Tableau/Looker/Power BI).
