📋 Description

• Define and execute repeatable implementation playbooks across clients.
• Build automation-first implementation model for scalable growth.
• Lead handoff between Sales and Client Services for smooth launches.
• Partner with Sales to flag risks and influence go-live timelines.
• Connect Sales, Operations, Data, and Engineering into a cohesive model.
• Manage and develop a team overseeing 20+ annual launches.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years leading complex healthcare implementations.
• Experience implementing for Health Plans, Health Systems, Employers, or SLED at 20k+ lives.
• Manage 20+ concurrent implementations across lines of business.
• Deep understanding of HL7, FHIR, and EDI data exchanges.
• Hands-on eligibility file management: roster ingestion and gating.
• Salesforce CRM for implementation tracking and reporting.
• Automation and AI in workflows; dashboards (Tableau/Looker/Power BI).
