Director, Implementation (Audit)

📋 Description

• Lead and grow Fieldguide’s Financial Audit implementation team.
• Oversee end-to-end enterprise SaaS implementations for clients.
• Collaborate with customers and tech teams to drive adoption and value.
• Guide change management, risk mitigation, and client success.
• Build relationships and identify opportunities for product growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with sales, product, and engineering.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in enterprise SaaS implementation; 5+ in leadership.
• Strong team leadership and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Deep knowledge of change management principles.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall; PMP a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in business, CS, or related field.
