📋 Description

• Lead HRIS, ATS, LMS, performance, and related HR platforms.
• Drive HR automation and AI strategies with business partners.
• Partner HR, IT, vendors, and stakeholders to align systems.
• Ensure HR systems are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned.
• Define and lead AI-enabled HR automation initiatives.
• Improve data quality, reporting, and employee experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in HR systems, HR tech, HRIS, or related functions.
• Strong technical understanding of HRIS platforms and integrations.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI tools, automation in HR processes.
• Excellent analytical and data visualization skills.
• Experience scaling HR systems in a hyper growth company.
