🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ years in People Ops or related functions, including leadership.
  • Experience designing, building, and scaling HR processes in growth environments.
  • Strong HR controls, compliance, and audit readiness; SOX preferred.
  • Oversee HR systems and workflows across lifecycle.
  • Excellent collaboration with Legal, Compliance, ER, Finance, and IT.
  • Deep data visualization and dashboard architecture experience.
