- 1+ years in People Ops or related functions, including leadership.

- Strong HR controls, compliance, and audit readiness; SOX preferred.
- Oversee HR systems and workflows across lifecycle.
- Excellent collaboration with Legal, Compliance, ER, Finance, and IT.
- Deep data visualization and dashboard architecture experience.
