  • Strong organizational design, talent management, and leadership coaching.
  • Exceptional judgment, discretion, and ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Strong business acumen with influence across execs, People teams, and stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices; data-driven.
