- Strong organizational design, talent management, and leadership coaching.
- Exceptional judgment, discretion, and ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Strong business acumen with influence across execs, People teams, and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices; data-driven.
