🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s in healthcare admin/public health/business/regulatory affairs; master’s preferred
- Formal training/certification in compliance, regulatory affairs, quality, or audits
- 8+ years in healthcare regulatory operations, compliance, audits, or health plan admin
- 2+ years of people leadership experience
- Strong Medicare/Medicaid knowledge; multi-state (CA, NJ, NY) desired
- Experience translating regulatory requirements into operational processes
