🎯 Requirements

Four year college degree required
Minimum two years of supervisory/management experience in healthcare (hospice/home health)
Knowledge of NJ state regulations
Demonstrated record of goal achievement and increased responsibility
Proven interpersonal, recruiting and employee relations skills
Proven ability to organize, manage and grow an office
