• Four-year college degree required.
• 2+ years supervisory/management experience in healthcare, preferably home health.
• Proven track record of goal achievement and increased responsibility.
• Strong interpersonal, recruiting, and employee relations skills.
• Proven ability to organize, manage, market and grow an office.
• PC and communication skills, with community networking ability.
