  • Lead business development with national payers.
  • Become subject matter expert on Hello Heart for national payers.
  • Lead prospecting, pitching, and contracting for Health Plan/Medicare partnerships.
  • Manage and develop Health Plan pipeline and partnership targets.
  • Negotiate and manage channel partnership agreements with Health Plans.
  • Identify and pursue partnership expansion opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years BD or management consulting in Health Plan/Medicare.
  • End-to-end partnerships: strategy, pipeline, prospecting, relationships, pitching, contracting.
  • Independent with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Team player; able to work across functions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Willing to travel 50%; prefers Midwest/West Coast.
