📋 Description

• Define and lead US HEOR strategy aligned with commercial priorities and product roadmap.
• Design health economic models (cost-effectiveness, budget impact, cost-utility).
• Develop value dossiers, AMCP dossiers, and payer evidence packages.
• Lead real-world evidence strategy using registries and claims data.
• Partner cross-functionally and manage external research vendors.
• Lead publication strategy and represent the company externally.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree preferred (PhD/PharmD/MD or master's in HE/PH).
• 10–15+ years of experience in HEOR, market access, or health economics.
• Experience in medical device, diagnostics, or healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. reimbursement and global HTA processes.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear value narratives.
• Strong executive presence and cross-functional leadership skills.
