- Own Roku’s ad sales for Disney portfolio, delivering revenue and margin targets.
- Directly manage individual contributors, set goals, coach, and lead reviews.

- Expand executive relationships across media and entertainment and agencies.
- Work with Revenue Ops, FP&A, and Media leadership to forecast and optimize pipeline.

🎯 Requirements
- 15+ years in ad sales leadership within CTV, digital video, or programmatic advertising
- Direct experience with studio clients and agency partners
- Knowledge of studios' branding, mid-funnel, and performance buying needs
- Proven success building go-to-market for endemic partners
- Knowledge of media marketplace: CTV, programmatic, DSPs, measurement
- Credibility with senior agency and brand decision-makers and partnerships
- Proven ability to structure complex deals from ideation to execution
