  • 5-7 years of hands-on demand generation / performance marketing in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven inbound-led pipeline at scale with tight budgets and ROI expectations.
  • Experience optimizing SEO/GEO, SEM, paid social (LinkedIn) and funnels.
  • Strong analytics and attribution; know what matters.
  • Experience with marketing automation and Salesforce/Pardot.
  • Scrappy, owner mindset; able to work cross-functionally.
