🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in sales/revenue roles; 5+ in leadership.
  • Experience scaling BDR/Inside Sales in fintech/payments/SaaS.
  • Understanding of cross-border payments, FX or treasury (preferred).
  • Experience selling into international markets, APAC.
  • Metrics-driven leader delivering predictable pipeline/revenue.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
