  • Own GTM planning for your segment; lead annual/in-year cycles.
  • Partner with segment leadership; test assumptions; present to execs.
  • Drive GTM cadence: pipeline reviews, forecast calls, QBRs.

  • Build with data: SQL, spreadsheets, BI tools; own reporting.
  • Own strategic workstreams: rep productivity, segmentation, coverage model.

🎯 Requirements

  • 12+ years in GTM strategy, sales ops, rev ops, or related fields.
  • Embedded operator or business partner for a sales segment or GTM unit.
  • End-to-end GTM planning: quota, territory, headcount, re-forecasting.
  • Fluent in SQL and Excel/Sheets.
  • Hands-on GTM systems: Salesforce, Gong, Outreach.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
