π― Requirements
- 10+ years in software and/or data engineering, including 5+ years owning GTM or marketing systems.
- Proven ownership of Salesforce, Marketo, and data/analytics platforms.
- Strong system design, with APIs, data pipelines, and workflow engines.
- Leadership of small, high-impact engineering teams delivering GTM improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management with senior partners.
- Preferred: fintech/payments domain and AI/ML-driven GTM experience.
