📋 Description

• Drive design of new GTM capabilities; optimize for rep productivity and customer experience.
• Lead GTM system and business process transformations (CRM migrations, tool integrations, Billing).
• Architect the GTM AI roadmap; define GenAI requirements.
• Ensure process design supports clean, automated reporting and data integrity.
• Define business requirements, process flows, and user stories; partner with ET.
• Lead formal intake and prioritization to align field requests with ROI.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in GTM Operations, Business Systems, or Management Consulting; 2+ years people management.
• Think like a salesperson: understand sales and design for productivity.
• Deep Salesforce expertise and experience with GTM tools (Clari, Gong, Outreach).
• Shaping AI strategy for revenue orgs; define high-impact AI use cases and business cases.
• Driver persona: identify friction, build a business case, drive cross-functional implementation.
• Communication & Influence: simplify complex concepts for executives; translate needs into precise requirements.
