  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Track record building scalable operational systems in high-growth environments.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity; defines problems, not just solves them.
  • Exceptional communicator translating complexity for executives and cross-functional partners.
