  • Activate 40M+ guests with Olo Accounts for incremental orders.
  • Architect acquisition programs: co-marketing, in-store, email, push, referrals.
  • Create lifecycle programs turning first-time orders into repeat guests.
  • Build rigorous experimentation roadmap with A/B tests, geo lifts, holdouts.
  • Define and own growth dashboards: CAC, LTV, payback, cohorts.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in growth/marketing or consumer growth strategy; 3+ yrs in senior IC.
  • Strong non-paid growth track record: partnerships, referrals, lifecycle/CRM, organic, ASO, PR, product-led.
  • Deep CRM lifecycle experience: email, push, in-app, SMS; segmentation and measurement.
  • Quantitative: SQL, AI tools, experiment design; CAC, LTV, payback, retention.
  • Bias to action; comfortable with ambiguity; hands-on operator mindset.
