  • Lead and develop a demand gen team; identify skill gaps and create development plans.
  • Set performance expectations and foster accountability, experimentation, and improvement.

  • Own 100% of marketing-sourced pipeline and pipeline targets.
  • Scale multi-channel campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, email, webinars.
  • Manage budget and pacing; collaborate with paid media agencies.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7–10+ years in B2B demand gen; at least 3 years leading teams.
  • Experience across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
  • Proven track record owning marketing-sourced pipeline in scaled SaaS (75M+ ARR).
  • Strong analytical mindset; interpret data and build actionable plans.
  • Deep experience with digital advertising, SEO/AEO, CRO, and optimization.
  • Hands-on with Salesforce, Pardot/Marketo, attribution, 6sense, Google Analytics.
