  • Strong media mix and measurement: MMM, incrementality, attribution.
  • Portfolio planning: annual/quarterly, scenario modeling, reallocations.
  • Executive presence; translate data into decisions for VP/CMO/CFO.
  • Led high-performing teams; coordinated agencies around a unified strategy.
  • Comfort in fast-moving, imperfect data with competing priorities.
