  • Own end-to-end TV media buying for Linear and Streaming TV.
  • Manage budgets, pacing, targeting, scheduling, and post-buys analysis.
  • Optimize TV spend across markets to improve efficiency and impact.
  • Collaborate with Data, Product, Engineering, and CRM for measurement and data quality.
  • Establish a rigorous TV experimentation roadmap with hypotheses and learnings.
  • Lead and grow the Growth Marketing Manager and team performance.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in TV media buying at a growth company, startup, or agency.
  • People management with a track record of high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytics: CAC, ROAS, LTV to CAC, and blended performance.
  • Translate data and experiments into clear strategy and execution.
  • Experience owning agency relationships and coordinating partners.
  • Holistic view of the marketing funnel; adaptive to channels.
  • Advanced Excel; Looker or similar analytics tools a plus.
