- 8+ years in growth, performance, or demand generation in B2B SaaS; 3+ years leading a team.
- Track record hiring and developing marketers; strong performance management.
- Experience managing a $2M+ annual budget across paid, lifecycle, web, and emerging channels.
- Proven ability to drive CAC and pipeline targets quarter over quarter.
- Experience with high-velocity, low-ACV motion and traditional MM SaaS, with playbooks for both.
- Hands-on ability with Google Ads QBRs, tracking debugging, and landing page concepts.
- Comfort coding or building automations: Python, SQL, Zapier, LLM workflows.
- Strong analytical skills; dashboards, attribution, and revenue correlation.
