Develop and own a government affairs strategy for ANZ aligned with global priorities.
Partner with legal, product, data, and regional teams to educate policy influencers.
Identify and prioritise policy/regulatory issues across payments, licensing, data.
Provide regular policy insights and recommendations to ANZ and global leadership.
Build relationships with government stakeholders and regulators across ANZ.
Lead advocacy on priority issues, ensuring clear, credible representation.

🎯 Requirements

12+ years leading government affairs in ANZ, fintech or regulated sectors.
Strategic thinker with hands-on policy execution and drafting.
Strong relationships with senior officials, regulators and executives.
Excellent written and verbal communication; simplify complex issues.
Proactive, organized, resilient with bias to action.
Global/regional experience and fintech in high-growth environments are a plus.
