- Deep fluency in B2B SaaS and subscription economics (ARR, bookings, CAC payback).
- Strong financial modeling skills to build GTM models from scratch.
- Proven experience partnering with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to shape strategy.
- Strong business judgment; incentives, pricing, and structure influence sales.
- Executive presence and communication to CRO/CFO/CEO/Board.
