  • Own GTM financial planning and forecasting (bookings, ARR, pipeline).
  • Partner with CRO, Sales, RevOps, and Marketing on territory and quotas.
  • Lead pricing and unit economics analysis to balance growth and sustainability.
  • Develop revenue models linking pipeline to bookings, revenue, and cash flow.
  • Provide insights on forecast accuracy and risk/opportunity tradeoffs for execs.
  • Define and track core GTM metrics (ARR, ACV, win rates, CAC payback).

🎯 Requirements

  • 7–10+ years in progressive finance, with 3–5+ in GTM/Sales/Strategic Finance.
  • Deep fluency in B2B SaaS and subscription economics (ARR, bookings, CAC payback).
  • Strong financial modeling skills to build GTM models from scratch.
  • Proven experience partnering with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to shape strategy.
  • Strong business judgment; incentives, pricing, and structure influence sales.
  • Executive presence and communication to CRO/CFO/CEO/Board.
