  • Oversee pay equity, compliance, and audit-ready documentation across regions.
  • Manage benefits programs and vendor relations, plus HR systems configuration.

  • 10+ years in HR with global compensation and benefits delivery.
  • Technical expertise in compensation and benefits programs.
  • Advanced Excel and data modelling for complex models.
  • Strong HRIS and compensation systems knowledge.
  • Global delivery experience across multiple regions.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in HR/Finance; CCP/CEBS preferred.
