- Lead day-to-day design, delivery, and governance of global compensation and benefits.
- Ensure programs are competitive, compliant, and consistently applied across regions.
- Lead compensation cycles, build models, manage vendors, and ensure data accuracy across systems.
- Deliver strategic input while focusing on execution and governance at scale.
- Collaborate with Finance to validate budgets, forecasts, and spend.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex reward issues and exceptions.
π― Requirements
- 10+ years in HR with global compensation and benefits delivery.
- Technical expertise in compensation systems and data analytics; advanced Excel.
- Strong HRIS knowledge with Dayforce and CaptivateIQ.
- Global delivery experience across multiple international regions.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, fast-paced working style.
- Bachelor's degree; CCP/CEBS certifications strongly preferred.
