  • Lead day-to-day design, delivery, and governance of global compensation and benefits.
  • Ensure programs are competitive, compliant, and consistently applied across regions.
  • Lead compensation cycles, build models, manage vendors, and ensure data accuracy across systems.
  • Deliver strategic input while focusing on execution and governance at scale.
  • Collaborate with Finance to validate budgets, forecasts, and spend.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex reward issues and exceptions.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in HR with global compensation and benefits delivery.
  • Technical expertise in compensation systems and data analytics; advanced Excel.
  • Strong HRIS knowledge with Dayforce and CaptivateIQ.
  • Global delivery experience across multiple international regions.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, fast-paced working style.
  • Bachelor's degree; CCP/CEBS certifications strongly preferred.
