• Expertise with Greenhouse and Workday (HRIS integrations preferred).
• Experience building executive-level workforce analytics and forecasting.
• Experience overseeing MSP/VMS programs and mobility strategies.
• Executive presence with ability to influence cross-functional senior leaders.
