Director, Global Supply and Demand Planning

📋 Description

• Own 12-24 month rolling demand forecast and S&OP alignment
• Translate demand signals into capacity, production, and procurement plans with global suppliers
• Manage performance-based volume allocation to balance quality, capacity, and priorities
• Define and lead inventory strategy including safety stock, reorder points, and buffer planning
• Oversee MRP execution to ensure component readiness and supply continuity
• Conduct scenario planning and risk mitigation for demand variability

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of supply chain, demand planning, or operations leadership experience
• Strong global manufacturing and supplier management experience
• Expertise in S&OP and IBP processes and forecasting methodologies
• Proficiency with ERP, MRP, APS, and BI or analytics tools
• Strong analytical skills with clear written and verbal communication
• Experience with planning systems, performance-based supplier allocation, and hardware manufacturing environments is preferred
