🎯 Requirements
- 12+ years in biotech/pharma/CRO clinical research.
- Experience leading site engagement, investigator ID, and recruitment.
- Bachelor’s in scientific/health field; advanced degree preferred.
- Strong cross-functional leadership in a matrix environment.
- Direct management of CTLs or site-facing clinical teams.
- Proven ability to identify high-performing sites and optimize enrollment.
