Director, Global Security Incident Response

📋 Description

• Lead the Global Security Incident Response team 24/7 worldwide.
• Oversee incidents from detection to resolution; improve rapid response.
• Create scalable analysis processes and response frameworks; collaborate with IT/Eng/Legal.
• Develop tooling, automation, log analysis; threat detection and forensics; SIEM.
• Ensure on-call readiness and scalable operations; cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in information security; 5+ years leading incident response or security operations.
• Data analytics experience to identify trends and anomalies.
• Experience integrating security into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps).
• Security as Code practices; automating security in agile dev.
• Automate incident response; triage, investigate, remediate in Cloudflare infra.
