📋 Description

  • Design and run targeted enablement programs to boost seller performance
  • Lead cross-functional enablement team with Sales, RevOps, Product, Marketing
  • Align enablement programs to revenue targets with cross-functional partners
  • Provide training, content, and programs to improve seller execution
  • Use data and field insights to identify performance gaps
  • Report directly to the VP of Sales Strategy & GTM Ops

🎯 Requirements

  • Strong program leadership and change mgmt in revenue orgs (PLG/SLG)
  • Analytical and comfortable diagnosing performance issues with data
  • Ability to influence with or without authority
  • Excellent communication and content judgment; drive adoption
  • Operational rigor; prioritize, say no, and run repeatable processes
  • Familiarity with enablement tools (Gong, Highspot) and AI tech
