🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years leading global SDR teams in B2B SaaS.
- Proven success driving high-quality pipeline across multi-product, multi-segment sales.
- Strong command of pipeline economics: deal-size mix, win rates, SDR efficiency.
- Hands-on leader able to switch between strategic modeling and frontline coaching.
- Deep experience with Outreach, Gong, CommonRoom, CRM, intent data, AI workflows.
- Willing to work in San Jose 3 days/week and travel internationally.
