  • 10+ years in sales compensation and analytics; global incentive design.
  • 5+ years people management building compensation teams.
  • Deep knowledge of incentive mechanics across Enterprise/Commercial/Channel.
  • Experience with consumption-based pricing and incentive plans.
  • Strong command of Xactly or similar platform; SQL, Excel, BI tools.
  • Analytical rigor with modeling under ASC 606.
  • Stakeholder management; advise C-suite in matrix organizations.
