🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- Advanced degree (MS, MBA, or equivalent) preferred
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Quality
- 3+ years leading QMS with accountability for quality data, systems, and analytics
- Experience implementing digital quality, advanced analytics, or Quality Improvement initiatives
- Strong understanding of advanced analytics and statistical methods applied to quality
- Experience with eQMS platforms, data visualization, and analytics tools
